Anchorage plan questioned by harbor committee chief
Anchorage considerations place a site far from lagoon center and away from major boat traffic said Spey. A N O'Steen admitted the map was wrong but claimed the corrected location does not change the general area or HNA stance. Lt Commander Albert Sabol noted the Coast Guard is weighing a letter from O'Steen opposing the anchorage and would keep data gathering while reevaluating the proposal amid HNA objections and developer concerns.
