Destin P and Z Overturns Approve Victoria House Project
Okaloosa County commissioners approved Mayko Development's Victoria House Hotel Apartment on Beach Drive despite zoning ambiguity. One Denial was overturning a P Z decision. The board also backed Poolside Villa Condominium Sea Wood Townhomes Crystal Villa phase II and Century Park Villas bulkhead plan while denying Greenreef HOA sign requests seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line.
