Grayton Dunes Bid Schedule Creates Uncertainty in State Purchase
Officials note a mid May bid deadline by FDIC on the Grayton Dunes land could affect Florida’s CARL program bid. FDIC plans bid brochures by late April with two to three weeks for responses. If the state cannot bid in May, Trust for Public Lands may bid while governor approval lags, as Rep Hutto seeks to aid the effort.
