Pileup On 98 Kills One Georgia Woman in Destin Crash
A head on collision on Highway 98 east of Destin killed Wendy Goodenyder, 25, of Atlanta, and injured six others, including five University of Georgia students. William Cason, 38, of Santa Rosa Beach, in a headlights out 1975 Mercedes, struck the Buick carrying the UGA women. A second wreck incident followed, and one victim was extricated with Jaws of Life. No charges filed yet. possible charges if Cason survives.
