Destin Water Users has completed negotiations on spray irrigation land to release about 2,600 presold sewer taps by late 1985 or early 1986 and end a yearlong moratorium. The plan includes treating and spraying wastewater on Indian Bayou Country Club golf course, with 400 to 600 additional taps beyond the presold total.
