Florida buys seat belt convincers for safety education
The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, via a federal grant, purchased two seat belt convincers and two adult mannequins for the Safe ty Education Program. Officials say the tools will demonstrate crash forces at schools and civic events to encourage seat belt use and attitudes toward safety.
