Fishing Line by Helen Wren and Spanish Mackerel decline
The Marine Fisheries Commission facing a serious downturn in the Spanish Mackerel fishery seeks a decisive management plan. Proposals include size limits, netting bans, alternate-week fishing, partial week commercial fishing, and area closures.
