Henderson Beach Recreation Area waits on U.S. 98 work
Florida officials say Henderson Beach State Recreation Area design remains active while a four lane U.S. 98 project may push completion to 1986. Once the old highway is upgraded, park construction could start with entry roads and facilities, aiming for a late spring finish at a project cost of about $2 million.
