Once Upon a Time in America review by Byron Meade
Cinema critique ponders Once Upon a Time in America as a sprawling gang saga with 1920s New York scenery and a tempered arc about Noodles and Max. It notes a longer original cut, uneven pacing, and a final scene that narrows its scope, recommending other films for budget conscious viewers.
