Mad Dog II seized with 3800 pounds marijuana in Cayman call
Royal Cayman Islands Police seized the Mad Dog II loaded with 3800 pounds of marijuana. The Fedorka vessel linked to the Smugglers transported $15 million worth of marijuana into Destin over two years. The Fedorka and Suntime share features and were tied to Kevin Lacey and the Laceys at 22 Norreigo Drive. Authorities recovered documents connecting suspects to Cayman smugglers and found an AmEx card used to secure crew hotels in the Cayman Islands. The Suntime crew was arrested in Pensacola after a federal hearing.
