Destin invites all residents to craft ornaments for the city Christmas tree with judging at the Destin Library by December 5 in four age groups. Visionnaires, Inc. will transcribe holiday greetings into braille December 6 at Santa Rosa Mall from 11 am to 7 pm, with free braille calendars and coloring books. They also offer free tape-recorded messages at the John R. Hane Center 10 am to 2 pm for mailing.
