Clara Bell Banks, born near Peru on July 1, 1892, died July 28 aged 26. She married Clint Murphy November 5, 1913 and had Vernice and Elvin Banks. Survived by husband, father, four brothers, one sister, three generations, and many friends. she joined the Baptist Church in 1914 after leaving the Presbyterian Church.

Resumption of lightless nights began last winter to save fuel.
