The Delmarva Farm Equipment Association closed its annual summer meeting at the George Washington Hotel with a two day program of talks by leaders in merchandising personnel management and public relations. President L H Fleming announced that the Delmarva Dealers would consolidate with similar implement dealer groups in Virginia and Maryland, with ratification possible at the other associations annual meetings. The Eastern Shore Soccer League began organizing last Monday to start play in October with six to eight teams. Denton Ridgely Queen Anne Centreville Greensboro Kent Island and Hurlock are among those represented. A second meeting next Monday will elect officers and finalize league business. The Denton Club named Bob Irwin as manager and coach with Mac Lord as business manager. practice starts Sunday September 28. Younger players are expected as several veterans plan to retire.
