Four Caroline County 4 H girls took part in the Maryland State Fair demonstration division at Timonium. Ann Billmeier earned blue for home management. Sarah Lane and Dorothy Billmeier won blue for poultry foods team demos, and Diane Brown earned red for individual poultry foods demonstration. Twenty five entrants earned various placings across items such as sponge cake and rolls.
