Stoltzfus Captures Delaware Race at Melvin Joseph’s Speedway
Delaware Stock Car Racing Association drew 2100 fans for a six race card at Delaware Speedway. Paul Walker led heat one in 4:15, Oliver West won heat two, Bob Atkins set a new track record in heat three, Stoltzfus won the 10 mile feature in 10:10, Atkins narrowly beat Stoltzfus in a late sprint.
