James Owen Knotts moved his law offices to the Carter Building on Market Street in Denton to better serve the public. He previously worked from his family home at 210 North Second Street near the Court House Square and is a graduate of the University of Maryland and George Washington University. He is son of Hon. J. Owen Knotts, Chief Judge of the Second Judicial Circuit Court of Maryland.
