Parcel 1 covers Douglass Saw Mill Pond area with metes and bounds. Parcel 2 describes a lot in Fourth Election District bounded by Marshy Creek and nearby roads. Parcel 3 begins at the sand bridge and follows the marshy creek to the main stream, ending back at the beginning. He describes back pain, irregular kidney action, and dizziness prior to treatment. He credits two to three boxes with relief and notes he keeps them on hand. Foster Milburn Co.
