Properties include a 58 acre farm with barn and outbuildings, a home site with wheelwright shop, and a second town lot with a modern dwelling, all tied to Dill heirs. Terms require one fourth cash day of sale and four equal installments, court-ordered rents for 1917 to buyers, possession January 1 1918, title at purchaser expense.
