State Teachers College Salisbury grants first Education degrees
At the eleventh annual commencement the State Teachers College at Salisbury conferred Bachelor of Science in Education for eight rescue students, first time in the college history. Diplomas for the three year course were presented, and the commencement address was delivered by Colonel Amo W. Woodcock.
