Thirteen Caroline County 4-H older youth boys and girls attended the Older Youth Conference at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. The morning featured a meeting of the Older Youth Advisory Committee to plan 1956 programs, led by Stuart Coulbourne of Preston. Alice Harlin of Harford County opened the session in the afternoon, with remarks by Dr. Paul Nystrom and Rev. John Baden on community living.
