Why killing is wrong a Christian view from 1962
A February 18 1962 reflection argues killing harms God’s creation by destroying man the only being with a soul who can fellowship with God. Advice to Husbands on Gentle Wives Cooking
Wives are very gentle. They are not good in a stew. Keep out of hot water, or they may boil and lose flavor. If possible, wrap in fine linen to avoid freezing. After covering dark spots with a little honey, warm carefully with a constant flame, stirring regularly and adding spice conservatively as called for. Avoid mixing with other sweets.
Keep in a warm spot for soft and delicious longer
Provide necessary dressing and keep in a warm spot. They will stay soft and delicious indefinitely.
