The Caroline County Bank Greensboro held its annual stockholders meeting on Saturday January 20 with over 5000 shares represented. Directors elected for the coming year include Charles S Bilbrough Arthur W Krumbaugh G Linden Duffey J Ty con Sleether William J Murphy Jesse W Porter Howard B Thomas R Henry Stafford Russell H Wright.
