State's Attorney cleared multiple cases in Caroline County Circuit Court on Jan 24. Warren Dan Thomas and Leroy Boyce, both Greensboro residents, were ordered turned over to Delaware authorities on larceny charges with Detective John Short present. Bail set at 1000 dollars for William Albert Bolden on two bastardy charges. Magistrate Wright held William T. Nichols, Charles H. Bordley and Edward H. Murray for Circuit Court on petty soybean larceny. Roosevelt Thomas bail set at 800 dollars on receiving stolen property. Ralph Biddle fined 100 dollars for drunken driving. case appealed by attorney W. H. Van Sant. On Jan 28, Magistrate Wright sentenced Robert Wilson and Robert Anderson of Denton to seven days in jail for disorderly conduct.
