The Seaford Symphonic Choir directed by Dr. Webster Schmidt will give its second annual Spring Concert at Caroline High School on Monday evening May 3. The fifty-voice, non profit group will perform Nutcracker selections, Tschaikowsky ballets, Serenade from The Student Prince, and several operatic and popular numbers with tenor solos by Dr. Schmidt and piano solos by Mrs. Schmidt. Pair Fined for Selling Alcohol to Minors in Circuit Court

Hearing Tests Completed In County Schools
About twelve hundred children in Caroline County schools have had their hearing tested recently under a state sponsored hearing conservation program. Thelma Schoppert, a hearing technician and teacher at the Maryland School for the Deaf, assisted the County Board of Education this year testing odd numbered grades. Plans are underway for a spring Hearing Clinic at the County Health Department to review findings and help children in need access services.
