The Siwanis Club of Easton announces its Third Annual Tidewater Boat Show at Easton Airport north of Easton. The event runs April 8 9 and 10 with doors opening at 2 p.m. daily and noon on Saturday. Linwood G Nayman chairs a display of all boat lines from runabouts to cruisers. The show features more boats under one roof than any Delmarva Peninsula event. Proceeds go to Kiwanis Club charities and Scout Troop 196 operates the canteen for Scout activities. Fossils of 29 reptile species were found in a Belgian coal mine 750 feet underground.
