UNICEF cartons will identify Trick or Treaters and be distributed at six o’clock Monday evening October 31 at the Christian Methodist Presbyterian and Brethren Churches in Delphi. Children will be escorted on their rounds and attend a penny counting party at City Building after collections. Each penny equals six glasses of milk, a nickel buys penicillin for two yaws victims, a dime funds antibiotics to save a child from trachoma, and a quarter provides BCG vaccine to protect twenty children against tuberculosis.
