Mr 2nd Mrs W a Afflis spent Monday in Va par a so. C A Davies was in Ft Wayne Monday on business. A D Cripe spent Sunday in Chicago. Miss Florence Loveland is recovering from two long illnesses. Do your Christmas shopping at Blythes. Mrs Joe Clark and Mrs Burr Graham are visiting relatives in Chicago from Delph. An oyster supper and bazaar were held at the Hickory Grove church Friday night. Robert Embree of Indianapolis is a guest of relatives in Delph.

Strong Defense Aids Oracles In Dropping Camden
The Delphi Oracles won their third straight, 20 to 10, over Camden in a defensive battle. Kirkpatrick and Gee sparked Delphi with 10 and 8 points, while Camden’s Cline led with 5. Referee Vaulk disputed a late first half basket, affecting the halftime score 6–4. Delphi reserves beat Camden 25–23 in OT.
