Tri Kappa Hosts Bridge Party at Mrs Lahr’s Home
TRE KAPPA Tri Kappa members were entertained last Tuesday evening at the new home of Mrs. Gene Lahr on Prince William Road. Assisting were Mesdames Gilbert Underhill Joe Tolen Norwood Gentry and T Neal Petry. Guests played bridge ouchre and canasta with prizes of bridge cloths and napkins in green brown yellow and red. A Christmas party is planned for Dec 9. Eddie Phebus started work at the Shell Service Station in Brookston.

Make Merry Sunday School Plans Christmas Party
An old fashioned Christmas party is planned for Sunday night December 14 for members of the Make Merry Sunday School class. A cooperative supper will be served at 6:30 p.m. The committee consists of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Clawson, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Wise, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wood and Mrs. Lena Hannell.

Thomas Paul Bowser of Kokomo was fined 58 dollars for hunting without a license and possession of a hen pheasant after arrest near Burlington. William Patterson of Kokomo was fined 29 dollars for keeping over the limit of silver bass by Justice of the Peace Lee Stone.
