Public Library CPP programs reshape Delaware County image
Delaware County libraries benefited from a $92,691 LSCA grant in 1977 to expand children's programs in puppetry mime drama and crafts. Over 200 programs served 10,000 youngsters, with events at Rose Tree Park Granite Run and MacDade Malls, boosting circulation and staff confidence.
