TMI Unit 2 restart uncertain as cleanup nears
Harrisburg based report details GPU Nuclear Corp moving toward the nine year one billion dollar cleanup of Three Mile Island Unit 2. Officials say almost all damaged fuel could be removed by 1988 with storage to follow, while no long range restart plans are made.
