Briefs with cost estimates for labor materials and equipment should be prepared and submitted through proper channels for consideration. Local agencies must cooperate in financing and projects should allocate wages, promise a return of funds to the treasury, finish in a fixed period, and provide employment for relief rolls.
Fort Lauderdale Florida June 25 death of Captain R C Abel followed a large fire at Pilkingtons Basin near Port Lauderdale. The blaze consumed 75 pleasure craft and caused losses near 1 000 000 dollars.
