City Schools Board Meetings Set New Lab Space Plan

Men Organize At Presbyterian Church Meeting
Seventeen representative Presbyterian men met at the manse for a social evening and favorable talk of forming a permanent organization. Temporary leadership was Wright Lehman as president and Charles Ferguson as secretary. Committees on organization and next meeting were created. four motives for organization outlined. attendees from age sixteen upward. A special meeting may be held within two weeks to hear reports. Fleck death suit claims railroad negligence for 1906 incident
A. H. Fleck, administrator and eldest son, sues Cincinnati Northern for $10,000 alleging negligence after William Fleck, car inspector, was run down by a locomotive pushing a car on December 14 1906. Fleck 46 left a widow and nine children. Harris is attorney. Woman Injured In Stair Fall At Harrison Street
Mrs George A Ensign sustained painful bruises and a fracture of the left arm after a fall down stairs at her Harrison street home Friday. She slipped when the toe of her shoe caught in her skirt, sending her head first down the flight. The left forearm bone broke just above the wrist in a comminuted Colles fracture.

One Year Sentence For Grand Larceny In Ohio
Marion Sanders was sentenced to one year in the Ohio penitentiary by Judge Cameron for grand larceny seven years after the crime. Sanders pleaded guilty after being captured in Fulton county near Delta following a tip from Sheriff Kopp. He admitted breaking into Dr. Denman’s residence at Delaware Bend and stealing 38 dollars worth of money and clothes, seeking a plea to petit larceny but denied by the prosecutor. He had previously escaped custody and faced a divorce from his wife after indictment.

Street Commissioner Found Guilty in Insult Case
Street commissioner Cyrus Eding was found guilty of using indecent language toward Josiah McElroy on the 23rd of this month and was fined $1 plus costs by Mayor Crowe.
