Geo Ury, once of this county, was arrested in Findlay common pleas court for the murder of W C Johnson a celery farmer near Carey last September. Indictments returned by the grand jury at Upper Sandusky name Ury along with Lindsay Foster Fos ter and others. Court to convene at Upper Sandusky next week with trials set.
