Death of a Pioneer Julius Vandyning Dies at 80 in Napoleon
Julius Vandyning age 80 dies at his Clinton street home in Napoleon Tuesday night. An early settler who arrived when Napoleon had only three houses, he enlisted in 1861 and served through the Civil War. He leaves son Henry and four daughters Mrs. E A Collins Montpelier Mrs J C Neible Napoleon Mrs G Smith Youngstown and Mrs S F Shelly Napoleon whose family attended the funeral held Thursday.
