Executive committee met at Sherwood to set the programme and select instructors. Attendees included C E Bercaw Jacob Adams W E Doud and W W Huff with C A Fyke absent. They rescheduled the institute to August 18 and hired J W Doud of Toledo as instructor and Nellie Moore of Defiance to lead primary instruction.
