Mutiny Fizzles as Sailors Prank Banyard Upsets Brig
A calm turning storm aboard the brig brings a nautical prank where Banyard is tied and hoisted near the gaff. The crew lights up with laughter as the captain threatens discipline. After a tense standoff, the irons are tossed and breakfast is finally promised. The episode hints at deeper crew tensions and a looming mutiny.

Winds and quiet on the brig as crew eyes a curious planner
A light northeast breeze lifts the brig as the crew endures a tense day. Deacon obsesses over a diagram, perhaps a coast outline or a new theory, while tension with Miss Franklin grows and a memory of Louisa Franklin haunts the narrator.
