A warrant charging second degree murder was sworn out against W. E. Mathews and Levi Gardner of Cullman for the death of Mrs. John Rolin of Ardmore. The incident occurred near Ardmore as the car driven by Gardner struck Mrs. Rolin, who was dragged several feet. Funeral services for Mrs. Rolin are planned in Ardmore. she leaves a husband, four daughters, and one son.
