Impeachment Speech on Nixon Brief Six Minutes
Rep McCloskey delivered a six minute plea on possible Nixon impeachment while the House adjourned for lack of a quorum. Rep Landgrebe blocked the speech prompting a 40 minute parliamentary tangle before a quorum vote ended the session. McCloskey said he does not favor impeachment and has not decided his stance if facts are disclosed.
