Army bomber crew parachute tragedy in Kansas field
In Hill City Kansas Private Kenneth C Seamans died when his parachute failed to open after the plane’s motors failed at 9000 feet. Funeral services for Eroy Howard held after fatal heart attack
Funeral services were held today for Eroy Howard 37 a prominent Limestone county merchant who died Monday afternoon after a heart attack. He operated a rural store three miles west of Athens on the Florence Highway and collapsed while working on his car. He died within 15 minutes at his home and is survived by his wife a son and a daughter with interment in Athens cemetery this afternoon at two.
