Bus Operator Named in Suit Over Passenger Death
A $50,000 damage suit filed in Montgomery Circuit Court accuses Southeastern Greyhound Lines of negligence in the death of James Lewis Tatum who became ill on a bus January 17 and was left beyond his Hunt's Store destination about 20 miles from Montgomery. The driver allegedly tried to revive him with snow and left him unattended on a bus stop bench. he was found dead the next morning. Representing the administratrix Mary Tatum Monfree are Richard T.
