John Clark White prominent Decatur banker and civic leader died at 2 10 AM at his home 714 Oak Street after pneumonia followed an automobile accident in which he suffered a broken rib near Moulton Monday He was 45 Funeral services set for 10 AM Sunday at First Methodist Church with burial in Hamilton Marion County He survived by his widow two sons a sister and a brother The widely respected leader served as vice president and cashier of the bank and held numerous local posts and roles
