About 300 people gathered at Cold Springs 4-H club camp for the Morgan County Farm Bureau Federation barbecue. Dr. L N Duncan of Auburn spoke on farm organizations and extension service history, urging stronger county cooperation and a larger farm bureau. Local leaders and county officials attended, and the Eva F F A string band provided music at the shaded hillside camp.
