Truck in Which Canvick Fled Found by Patrol
LeRoy Baskin, 25, black, fled a convict camp in a state truck and was later found missing. The abandoned truck was located south of the Tennessee line in Ardmore at 5 P.M. Wednesday by Cpl. Vanderford and Patrolman Beasley. Baskin may have been heading toward Chattanooga to his mother's home, authorities say.
