Mining Patent Application for Pay Rock Lode in Montana

Allen Pierse Jane M. Smith Philo Bailey and William P. Wall have filed for a patent on the Pay Rock Lode in Jefferson County Montana. The claim covers 20.65 acres, Survey No 5888, starting at corner No 1 marked on a granite boulder and following lines offset 600 and 1500 feet to form a 20.65 acre tract. Adjoining claim is the Evening Star lode, Survey No 5187, William P Wall applicant. First publication September 22, 1900.
