Owen Gunning Dies in New York After Illness

He was 33, unmarried, and had worked in Butte fire service four years after mining years in Utah Colorado and Montana. His remains will be interred in Ticonderoga.

Police Court in Mixed Docket Faces Delayed Hearings

Jack Skelly arraigned for carrying concealed weapons, claimed guns in room to show a barkeeper for safekeeping. officer seized weapon. Judge Sullivan ordered Skelly to pay city fine and costs.
