Woman fires at persistent admirer on South Arizona street
Mrs. Johnson, living on South Arizona street, fired three shots at Frank Dugan, a persistent admirer harassing her for over a year. Bullets missed, but Dugan fled. She sought a peace bond from police, claiming continual persecution. Dugan had prior arrest after pleading guilty to loving her while intoxicated. No arrest warrant issued yet.
