Trust dispute over joint mining interests in Montana records
Historical mining partnership between Patrick A. Largey and Lee Mantle centers on multiple claims in Summit Valley and nearby districts. Mantle sues administrator Lulu Largey to force deed transfers of interests in the Sioux Chief Enterprise Ophir Comanche and others, alleging a life trust arrangement and equal share payments. Proceedings detail accusations of concealed ownership, failed third-party payments, and ongoing court action to establish Mantle as an equal owner and compel deed transfers.
