Deadly street car collisions shock two eastern systems

In Indianapolis two electric cars on the Greenfield and Indianapolis line collided head on in heavy fog. Motormen Emory Scott and John Glasscock died, six passengers were badly hurt as cars ran at high speed.

Ashland Fog Collision Involving Electric Cars

In Ashland Kentucky a fog shrouded morning crash occurred as two electric trolley cars collided near the city center. Motorman John Cisco is fatally injured or near death, with Motorman Wim Campbell and Conductor Walter Hutchinson badly injured.
