Local notices and legal items in the Constitution excerpts
A compilation of varied items includes school counts in Jackson county, restructuring on education funding, a traffic of rooms at a Jamestown exposition, and a $10,000 bond for a Mrs McCarthy incident in Atlanta. It notes legal questions on Confederate veteran licenses for a Black man, missionary efforts, and a liquor shipping case holding dealers liable for minors regardless of seller ignorance. The Marietta Courier and local reports cover lightning deaths near Flowery Branch, mule purchases, and unrelated editorials.
