Mr and Mrs Wm Potter came over from Vancouver on Saturday. Miss Ingham of the Big Store left on Sunday for Seattle and Vancouver. J Pickup was Vancouver bound on Wednesday’s boat. Miss Edith Thompson left on Sunday’s boat for Vancouver and Seattle. Jas Rowan of Nanaimo returned to Nanaimo on Sunday after visiting his son. The Misses Hazel and Jessie Frame departed on Wednesday morning’s train for the Terminal City. H C Macklin assisted manager of Simon Leiser visited the Big Store in Cumberland this week.
